The YBS-62S integrates the design philosophy of custom models to evolve into a highly balanced professional baritone saxophone. It features new key layouts and bell shapes, enhancing tonal uniformity and intonation in the low register. This model is characterized by its excellent playability and rich, deep sound. The silver-plated finish provides a warm and mellow resonance.

• New Bell Design: The newly designed short bell, constructed from two pieces, contributes to improved tonal uniformity and better intonation in the low range.

• Redesigned Key Layout: The keys have been lightened with the introduction of new components. Additionally, the instrument’s center of gravity has been rebalanced, resulting in improved ergonomics and reduced hand strain for enhanced playability.

• New Peg Receiver: The peg receiver has been lightened, although the peg is not included with the instrument.
