Feature

We adopted the Reynolds 631 tube developed for the ideal steel frame material and furthermore Rare’s original design was given for future customization.
Not only did it evolve to the rear 11 stages, but also SHIMANO 105 fully inherited the functions of the supercomponent.
Size and color variation also expanded, sublimated to the competition load that was sufficient even with the standard specifications.

Over the years, we adopted the REYNOLDS-631 tube which took over the manganese molybdenum steel REYNOLDS-531 which has earned high reputation and has characteristics suitable for TIG welding. A raley original material decal is placed behind the seat tube.	A head reinforcing ring that motifs the rug frame design, brazed to the upper and lower ends of the head tube. It also responds to stress from the headset, unifying the headset, fork crown and outer diameter, and contributing to the integral head-like appearance.	Down tubes, bowl seat of seat tube with brazed reinforcing plate with brazing. It followed the traditional construction method which also served as reinforcement of the bottle pedestal. It is colored with the decal’s artwork incorporating Union Jack as an image.

The seat stays of the upper bridge exposed to stress from brake braking were also subjected to reinforcing plate processing of decorative design. History of RALEIGH 

Raleigh was founded by Frank Bowden in the 1880’s. Following his return from Hong Kong to England Frank was in need very poor physical condition and was in great need of improved physical activity. A friend suggested the use of a tricycle and from there the safety cycle was developed which is the prototype of the current bicycle. He purchased a bicycle studio to continue his work in Nottingham; Raleigh Street. The Raleigh Cycle Company was founded in 1888.
After that Raleigh Cycle Company continued to develop and build brands setting the standard of the world’s bicycles in each country.
Raleigh’s history is the history of bicycles.
