What will we cover with Taro’s TRADE 1 year Warranty?<\/h2>\n

For all our customers who purchased Brass & Wind Instrument from us, included is a\u00a0Taro’s TRADE JAPAN 1 year warranty.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This warranty will cover a maximum JPY 100,000 for repair costs.<\/p>\n

(For USED Instrument maximum JPY 50,000)<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

This warranty will cover issues resulting from normal internal use.<\/p>\n

This warranty will not cover the issues for any external reasons of damage the instruments.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

We can not cover the following issues:<\/h2>\n

1) Spills onto or misuse of the instrument resulting in damage<\/p>\n

2) Flood or fire damage<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0Damage caused during transportation<\/p>\n

4) Knocks or breaks from misuse<\/p>\n

5) All other external reasons that cause your instruments to get damaged.\u00a0<\/h2>\n

What should you do if your Brass or Wind instrument has an issue within the warranty period:<\/h2>\n

1) Please send us a message with images.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Please explain the details as much as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2) We will advise you which repair shop to send your instrument for service.\u00a0<\/p>\n
