{"id":20814,"date":"2017-05-16T19:17:46","date_gmt":"2017-05-16T10:17:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.tarotrade.com\/?p=20814"},"modified":"2017-05-16T19:17:46","modified_gmt":"2017-05-16T10:17:46","slug":"customer-feedback-from-german-from-argentina-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.tarotrade.com\/?p=20814","title":{"rendered":"Customer feedback from German (From Argentina)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi\u00a0Taro!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Just in case you have another custumer in Argentina, I want to tell you some tips:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The door to door system is allowed for books (no custom duties nor VAT is payed)\u00a0BUT<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The value of the books must be less than\u00a0USD 200 AND<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The weight less \u00a0than 2kg<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Is any of these conditions are\u00a0not satisfied, the buyer must go to the custom office to recieve the books. My experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; USD 290 aprox<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2.026kg<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 days JAP\/ARG deliver<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; One week at customs ( I went the first day the books were available)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; I have waited\u00a03 hours at customs office (3 HOURS!!!!!)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Next time, I will be more cautious not to exceed value and weight.
