I took delivery of my Yamaha Alto Horn today.
I want to thank you for your patience and excellent communication at all times during this transaction.\u00a0 The instrument was dispatched within 24 hours of payment and arrived at Melbourne customs within 3 days.\u00a0 Fantastic service!
I would not recommend using Western Union to transfer funds overseas to anyone!\u00a0 It ultimately took more than 2 weeks for the funds to be transferred into Taro’s bank notwithstanding being given the correct banking details.\u00a0 During this stressful and tedious time Taro kept me informed and assured me that he would let me know immediately the funds arrived.\u00a0 I know that transfers through other Australian banks are very much more efficient.
I have no hesitation in recommending Taro to other international customers.\u00a0 He has acted professionally, efficiently and courteously at all times and provides excellent value for money even after import duty is paid.
