My <\/span>dear friend had been without her EL900M for over 5 years while<\/span>
studying and pursuing her career goals in the US. We spoke of the<\/span>
electone often, bridged the gap with piano time, lamented of the<\/span>
instrument’s total unavailability in the US (the land of everything<\/span>
purchasable, i once believed) and even reached out to Yamaha in Japan<\/span>
in California (with no luck). On the evening of August 20, 2011, I<\/span>
stumbled upon your website and read customer feedback from someone<\/span>
else in the San Francisco Bay Area (which gave me an immediate sense<\/span>
of comfort concerning the experienced hand you had already developed<\/span>
plying the waters of the Pacific). I really couldn’t believe my luck.<\/span>
You were patient, knowledgeable, responsive, the whole ball of wax.<\/span>
You located a perfect cousin to my friend’s Hiroshima-based companion,<\/span>
in perfect working and cosmetic condition (literally as-new) and<\/span>
shipped it double-crated to San Francisco. All in less than 2 months<\/span>
from our initial contact! The delivery agent was also kind, courteous<\/span>
and responsive and was able to arrange follow-on shipping right into<\/span>
my friend’s apartment! I didn’t have to lift a finger, or tailgate, or<\/span>
crowbar, or anything. It’s now been a full 3 months since the EL900M’s<\/span>
delivery, it’s been played and enjoyed every single day since (without<\/span>
any trouble). While I make a practice of not putting identifying<\/span>
personal information on the internet, please feel free to email me the<\/span>
contact information of anyone who is interested in your services who<\/span>
would like to hear directly from a real-life, fully-satisfied<\/span>
