I have received and set up the Electone! The main unit arrived yesterday.
Having purchased the Yamaha ELS-03X from you, I’m absolutely delighted with the entire experience.
Your service was excellent from start to finish. All email communication was clear and prompt. You kept me well informed throughout the ordering and delivery process. I really appreciated your professional and friendly approach in answering all my questions.
The delivery was impressively quick – in less than a week. I was thrilled when the first box of the speaker for my Electone arrived at my door. The packaging was superb. Everything was exceptionally well protected so that ensuring the instrument reached me in perfect condition. My nephew screamed out when he saw the size of the boxes when they arrived!
The ELS-03X arrived intact and in very good condition, which speaks volumes about both the quality of Yamaha’s product and your careful handling. There were no issues whatsoever with customs clearance or any hidden charges.
My nephew and I couldn’t resist setting up the ELS-03X right away. He was particularly excited to try it out. The moment he started playing, we were both amazed by the wonderful, beautiful sound quality. The instrument exceeded all our expectations.
Overall, I’m so pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Taro’ Trade Japan to anyone looking to buy an Electone or other musical instruments from Japan. Your excellent customer service, efficient delivery and careful attention to detail made this a positive buying experience.
