What will we cover with Taro’s TRADE 1 year Warranty?
For all our customers who purchase an Electone (Either brand new or USED) from us, included is a Taro’s TRADE JAPAN 1 year warranty.
This warranty will cover a maximum JPY 100,000 for repair costs.
This warranty will cover for the issues resulting from normal internal use.
This warranty will not cover the issues for any external reasons of damage the instruments.
We can not cover following issues:
1. If you opened the cabinet to change the power system from 100V to 240V.
2. Spills onto or misuse of the instrument resulting in damage.
3. Flood or fire damage
4. Damage caused during transportation
5. Knocks or breaks from misuse
6. Any other external reasons cause the damages.
What should you do if your Electone/Piano has an issue within the warranty period:
1. Please send us a message first.
2. We will suggest you to send us a short video of the issue.
3. We discuss and figure out the what is the issue with our Electone/Piano tech from your video and description.
4. If you need to replace the parts we will send you replacement parts with instructions.
If too complicated you may need to find local relavant tech first.
We will cover the cost of the service after you send us a copy of the invoice.
