I would just like to say a big thank you for the excellent customer service I had received from you , on the purchase of my Yamaha ELS-02c.
What an amazing instrument! I’m having so much fun and can’t wait to do my first concert on it.
Your information was always correct , and you guided me through every process of importing this instrument from start to finish. The only problem I had was with the power converter, but this was sorted quicker than any retailer would have done in the UK without any hesitation.
The whole process takes about 2 to 3 weeks and when the Electone was posted on the Monday it was out for delivery on the Thursday! Super fast service.
I would recommend Taro if you are considering getting an Electone ,and if any problems occur you can rest assured they will be sorted quickly and professionally.
I know in the UK there will be people interested in buying these instruments ,and there is no better place to get one from.
